Requirements

Applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process the KITAS renewal.

Renewal must be initiated within 1–3 months before the KITAS expires.
Processing Stages

Visit one of our four offices in Bali to submit your passport.

We will notify you within 7 business days to attend immigration for biometrics.

Visit the immigration office for your photo and fingerprints (takes about 30–40 minutes).

We will notify you once your passport is ready and the extension is complete, typically 7 business days after biometrics.
