Dependent family members of KITAS and long-stay visa holders — including those holding Golden Visas, Working KITAS, Investor KITAS, or KITAP — are eligible to reside in Indonesia as dependents of their sponsoring family member.
E31B – Spouse of KITAS holder
The E31B visa is intended for the spouse of a foreign national holding any type of KITAS. It follows the validity period of the primary KITAS holder and allows the spouse to live and travel freely to and from Indonesia. However, this visa does not permit any form of work or income-generating activity in Indonesia.
E31E – Child of Kitas holder
This E31E visa is designed for dependent children under 18 years old of foreign nationals holding any type of KITAS. It allows the child to reside legally in Indonesia for the same duration as the parent’s KITAS.
E31H – Parent of KITAS holder
The E31H visa is intended for the parents of a foreign national holding a KITAS. It allows them to reside in Indonesia as dependents of their child for the same duration as the KITAS holder’s stay permit.
