Applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process the KITAS renewal.

Processing Stages

Visit one of our four offices in Bali to submit your passport.

You will be notified within 7 business days to visit immigration for biometrics.

Attend your immigration appointment for photo and fingerprints (approximately 30–40 minutes).

You will be informed once your passport and extension are complete, typically 7 business days after biometrics.
