This visa extension allows Pre-Investment Visa holders to remain in Indonesia for more than 180 days. The visa can be extended once for an additional 180 days. After that, you must leave Indonesia; however, 2-year visa holders may re-enter under the same conditions for as long as their visa remains valid. To prevent complications or overstays, applications for an extension should be submitted at least 14 days before your visa expires.

Processing Stages

Submit the required documents online or at one of our four offices in Bali.

Make payment via the Bali Visas payment link or in person at our offices.

Receive a notification within 5–7 days (regular) or 2–3 days (express) to visit the immigration office for biometrics.

Attend the immigration office for your photo and fingerprints.

We will notify you once your extension has been completed after the biometrics process.
