Requirements

Applicant must be physically present in Indonesia to process the KITAS renewal.

Renewal should be processed within 1–3 months before your KITAS expires.
Processing Stages

Visit one of our four offices in Bali to drop off your passport.

We will notify you within 7 business days to attend the immigration office for biometrics.

Visit the immigration office for your photo and fingerprints (takes around 30–40 minutes).

You’ll be notified once your passport is ready and the extension is complete, typically 7 business days after biometrics.
